It is designed to bring you closer to the people who matter most in your organisation - for example customers, employees and citizens (in the case of local government). It helps you understand their needs, wants and opinions of you so you can give them more of what they like and less of what they don't. In doing so, you are building stronger relationships with them generating increased loyalty to your organisation.

Step 1: Collection

Collect feedback in ways that suit your Stakeholders...

Your StakeholderConnect™ solution will directly collect feedback through a user-friendly interface. All you need to do is direct your stakeholders to it. But that isn't the end of the story...

We can also collect direct feedback through other websites that you own, SMS messages, emails, mobile websites and even by post. Each company/organisation is different. We will work with you to tailor the collection process so it suits you and, importantly, your stakeholders.

Finally, there may be a wealth of information about your organisation that is already being exchanged by people on the "Social Web" - via sites such as Facebook and Twitter and via blogs and other social media platforms. We will work closely with you to collect and aggregate this information and feed it into your StakeholderConnect™ solution. Step 2: Analysis

Understand feedback across your whole organisation...

The next step is to make sense of the feedback you are getting. We give you an online analysis and reporting tool that is updated in real-time. It allows you to interact with the data, learn from your stakeholders and initiate change. We can also set up feeds from our system into your existing analysis package (if you already have one).
